STUDY IN CANADA

Why study in Canada?

Studying in Canada offers an unparalleled academic experience, with access to some of the best educational institutions in the world, top-tier infrastructure, and a country filled with breathtaking landscapes and unmatched cultural diversity. In addition to providing high-quality education, Canada is a country that invests in developing its people through education, cultural exchange, language skill development (especially French), and a wide range of professional opportunities — many of which are offered directly to students while they are still at university.

What is the Study Permit?

The Study Permit is a non-immigrant student visa category that allows foreign nationals to study in Canada. This permit is essential for anyone who wishes to become an international student in the country. The application can be submitted from inside Canada (with restrictions) or, preferably, from the applicant’s country of residence. The process begins after the student has been accepted by a Canadian educational institution and certain documents have been issued (such as the Provincial Attestation Letter – PAL). The application is submitted online or by paper, requires only documentation (no interview), and is processed by the IRCC. Since the evaluation is objective and leaves little room for subjectivity, we strongly recommend hiring a specialized immigration consultancy to significantly increase the chances of approval.
